Introducing the new: BEDNAR MATADOR MO Seeder

The BEDNAR MATADOR MO seeder is designed for strip seeding, fertilizer application into the soil profile, and sowing of the main crop simultaneously. The MATADOR MO 6000, with a working width of 6 meters, features a dual-chamber hopper with a capacity of 5000 liters for fertilizers. Additionally, it can be supplemented with the ALFA DRILL 400 seed drill for sowing small seeds or applying micro granular fertilizers.

The seeder section incorporates a hydraulic NON-STOP protection system with a maximum breakout force of 870 kg, ensuring uninterrupted operation. Each working section provides quality soil processing by breaking up compacted layers and mixing crop residues. The section is equipped with ACTIVE-MIX shanks with 40 or 80 mm diameter lines.

The BEDNAR MATADOR MO 6000 seeder has 16 working shanks arranged in two rows with a spacing of 37.5 cm between them. The shanks are equipped with fertilizer nozzles supplied by air from the distribution head. After the shanks, the seeder can be used to level the soil before the roller or create ridges.

A notable feature of the seeder is the large tire roller, positioned in two rows on rubber wheels. Its offset design allows it to work in moist conditions without forming waves or clogging the roller. It also reduces the time required for wheel replacement when necessary.

The seeder can be equipped with the CORSA CN seeding unit with row spacings of 12.5 or 16.7 cm for standard seeding of cereals or oil crops. It can also be used in combination with a precision seeder for maize or sunflower with a row spacing of 70 cm.

The BEDNAR MATADOR MO Seeder offers great versatility in seeding, allowing for different row spacings and different crops to be sown simultaneously. For example, wheat can be sown with row spacings of 12.5 or 16.7 cm, winter rapeseed with a spacing of 37.5 cm, or sowing in double rows.

The ALFA DRILL 400 can be used for applying micro granular fertilizers or sowing cover crops on the soil surface. The "seed and fertilizer" system allows for mixing seeds with fertilizers and applying them together.
