Titan Machinery Ukraine presented technologies for precision farming at the
OkAgro 2022 agrarian business conference: equipment for differential application and spraying in combination with the
Raven RS1 automatic driving system and the
Raven VSN — a visual row driving camera for sprayers.
The systems have long proven themselves in Ukraine, which is why they are in TOP holdings such as Kernel, MHP, Continental Farmer Group, etc. The presented technologies of precision agriculture help minimize costs by reducing overlaps, increasing speed and improving the quality of processing, reducing the burden on the operator, and minimizing the human factor. On average, if you combine row driving, parallel driving, and autopilots, farmers can save up to 20%.

The expert noted that now most farmers spray the fields diagonally, thereby trampling part of the crops; the VSN camera will help eliminate this.
Now, agrarians spray diagonally. That's why they trample from 2% to 4% of crops on average. If farmers switch to spraying in the rows, they have to save this 4% - up to 2.5%. Therefore, if we calculate a 2.5% yield on corn, the payback of the camera (at the old cost of the crop) is within 700-800 hectares, that is, about $20,000.

The specialist added that the camera works in tandem with the RS1 autopilot, which has an approximate payback in one season.
