Thanks to the central mounting of the drawbar and the GYRODINE swivel head, it is extremely maneuverable and allows easy work in small fields and slopes. Work productivity increases by 10-15% compared to a side-mounted mower.

At the same time, there are three types of flatteners to choose from:

- DIGIDRY with steel tines on TCD models for efficient operation in various conditions, especially when mowing long-stemmed crops,

- SQUAREFLEX polyurethane seals on TCR models for delicate plants,

The GA 6930, GA 7530, GA 8030, and GA 8830 two-rotor swath formers form a swath on the side of the machine. Plant mass is raked in widths from 6.30 m to 8.80 m. They are ideal for intensive work thanks to the MASTERDRIVE GIII gearbox.

Thanks to lateral stacking, it is possible to adjust the amount of plant mass in the formed roll: a single roll or a combined double roll. These are high-performance pickups with a changeable chamber that guarantees high-quality compaction over the entire diameter of the bale and a pickup system designed to maximize the machine's productivity. The machine with a working width of 210 or 230 cm is capable of working on all rolls and will not let you down even in the most difficult conditions. Straight pick-up fingers help release the plant mass and reduce its winding. The pick-up roller presses the mass against the pick-up tines, reducing friction, thereby limiting leaf loss and increasing the efficiency of the baler by leveling the swath.

The 230cm pick-up model with rotor comes standard with a pendulum frame and optional swivel wheels to allow the pick-up to adapt to changing field conditions. The seamless crop guides on the 230cm pick-ups provide a more aggressive and efficient pick-up, applying a longer time when needed and pulling the crop away from the tines as it approaches the feed system.

KUHN FB 119™ round baler

If you are looking for a simple, easy-to-use, and reliable machine, the KUHN FB 119 fixed cam round baler is what you need.

Optimum harvesting. The pickup on the FB 119 maximizes the full power of the machine. Thanks to the working width of 167 cm, the machine can work in all common rolls. The straight pick-up fingers help loosen the crop and reduce crop wrap. The cam track pulls the tines straight down in the rear position to avoid wrapping. The pick-up is suspended on chains and can be optionally equipped with a pick-up support wheel to follow the ground.

The plant mass is fed directly to the press chamber using 14 PowerTrack rollers. The FB 119 is controlled using the AutoPlus control panel located in the cab. After the roll is pressed, the twine wrapping system is activated to fix it.

The cord-tying systems are in the front part of the device, which makes it possible to observe the tying process from the tractor cabin.
