HIGH PRODUCTIVITY IN ANY CONDITIONS

The reinforced auger tube and reliable chain drive will allow the PW8 pick-up to easily cope with heavy loads. Both canvas mechanisms are set in motion by independent hydraulic motors. The movement of the canvases is directed by patented rollers with V-shaped grooves. In this way, the PW8 easily picks up even the largest rolls.

MANAGEMENT

The settings of the PW8 pick-up are adjusted through the combine control system: automatic adjustment of the harvester's height and lateral inclination.

SIMPLE ADJUSTMENTS

The simple tensioning system of the tapes is easy to adjust using the tension indicators, and the transition to metric fasteners allows adjustments to be made in an instant.

COPYING ON THE "START AND WORK" PRINCIPLE

The simple and effective spring-damped copying system provides flotation up to 457mm thanks to the support wheels and does not need to be adjusted during operation or locked during transport. The value on the flotation indicators is clearly visible on both sides of the machine, understanding whether the PW8 pick-up is operating at its optimum.

COMPATIBILITY OF BRANDS

Transition to a different combine harvester model using conversion for PW8 MacDon. These kits allow the pickup to be used with most brands of combines, increasing resale value.

REDUCTION Loss

The front and rear panels are overlapped and have tight joints and seals. This significantly reduces losses.

EASY MAINTENANCE

Five lubrication points, after every 100 engine hours, ensure quick and easy maintenance of this machine.
