STRIP-MASTER EN STRIP CULTIVATOR
Offers significant agronomic benefits.
Strip cultivation promotes faster soil warming and aeration, reduces erosion and improves water absorption. It also allows for efficient fertilizer application directly into the strips, which is more efficient than direct seeding.
Reduced soil evaporation
Crop residue left between rows covers the uncultivated part of the field, which helps reduce soil evaporation. In addition, crop residue prevents weed growth in the rows.
Soil erosion control
Strip cultivation is used to reduce erosion in fields prone to erosion. Soil erosion is one of the main problems in growing wide-row crops. Soil protection is ensured by the crop residues remaining in the uncultivated rows.
STRIP-MASTER EN is equipped with a sturdy frame to which the individual working elements are attached by means of traction. The cultivating section is fixed on a parallelogram, which guarantees exact copying of the relief and maintenance of the set cultivation depth.
Each bit of the STRIP-MASTER EN cultivator is equipped with a hydraulic protection with a load of 750 kg, which ensures high reliability and ease of operation. In case of hitting an obstacle such as a stone, the bit can be deflected by 26 cm.
STRIP-MASTER EN can be used for strip soil preparation without prior cultivation, for example, for working on cover crops or on fields with a large amount of crop residues. When working with a row spacing of 45/50 cm, the individual working sections are shifted, which guarantees uninterrupted work without clogging.
