Case IH Ecolo Tiger 875 deep ripper™

Independent hydraulic control of the X-shaped disc frame of the Case IH Ecolo Tiger 875 deep ripper provides flexibility of settings depending on the sizes and density of crop residues irrespective of the established depth of processing by paws. The disks are 610 mm in diameter and 6.4 mm thick, they are located at a distance of 380 mm from each other. The rear row of discs is offset from the front, which provides an actual cutting distance of 19 cm to a depth of 10.2 cm. The discs are mounted on individual C-shaped spring struts, so they are less susceptible to damage from hitting hard obstacles.
The main working paws have unique Tiger-Point shape thanks to which the tightened layer of compacted soil not only rises, but also loosens well. The paw struts have the largest size among all competitors, therefore Ecolo Tiger deep rippers function under any conditions.
The rear battery of disc turners partially breaks larger bumps and levels the surface. The battery is hydraulically operated for ease of its use.
The coupling ring has height adjustment that allows to adapt conveniently the deep ripper to work with any tractor.
Hydraulic hoses and wiring are installed on a special swivel support, so they are well protected from contamination and possible pinching when turning.
