Some solutions for tillage were demonstrated at the Day of agrarian technologies

On May 17, the Day of Agrarian technologies dedicated to sowing machines and soil was held in Kyiv region.

The event was arranged by the Association of “Ukrainian Club of Agrarian Business” together with the agency of UCABevent. During the Day of Agrarian technologies TITAN MACHINERY specialists demonstrated a CASE IH Quadtrac 500 caterpillar tractor with a Case IH True-Tandem 335 VT disc harrow.

CASE IH Quadtrac 500 is a heavy-duty tractor equipped with a unique crawler system. The Quadtrac system uses four independent tracked motors that provide unsurpassed traction, smoothness and versatility. It is the use of four tracks instead of two that allows making full use of the entire traction potential of the tractor and at the same time to avoid excessive soil compaction.

The True-Tandem 335 VT disc harrow is designed for basic tillage, soil preparation for sowing or chemical fertilization. All the models are equipped with exclusive Case IH disks made of Earth Metal grade steel.

Specific features of the unit are that it works on small depth equal to 2.5 to 7.5 cm and does not require big disks (51 cm diameter disks are installed on it). Small discs and a small distance between them allow you to grind plant residues as efficiently and evenly as possible and mix them with the soil.
